At Sifra Midwife Practice, we have a small, dedicated team of midwives. To ensure you receive the best care around the clock, we work with several midwives.

Consultation hours in Leidschendam and The Hague

We work as a team of midwives to provide you with 24/7 care. Since we don’t know in advance who will attend your delivery, you’ll meet all of us during your prenatal check-ups. One midwife will act as your Case Manager, overseeing your file and ensuring all necessary information is up to date.

Because we do not know who will be present at your delivery, you will get to know us all during your check-ups. One midwife is the Case Manager and is responsible for your file. She takes care that all the information we need is complete.

There is always one midwife on duty each day. She will handle the maternity visits and any urgent situations, such as childbirth or emergencies.

If you need urgent assistance, like when labor begins, or if you experience severe pain, bleeding, or notice reduced movements from the baby, you can reach the midwife on duty through our emergency number.

Our practice assistant is available on weekdays to answer practical questions, manage the schedule, and handle administrative tasks. She will confirm your appointments via email and provide you with results from blood tests and other analyses.
